Resolve Root Cause of Pain
I hear, "I've tried everything for my pain. I am so grateful to finally get relief!" Restrictions in connective tissue, unresolved inflammation, and incorrect alignment or insufficient hold times during treatment could all be playing a role in why what you've been doing hasn't worked.

I have been doing yoga classes with Darlene for almost a year now. I took a pregnancy yoga class that she instructed and loved it so I kept going back! She focused on some really helpful stretches to make pregnancy, labor, and delivery easier on my body. I had sciatica pain during pregnancy and saw her for massage and myofascial release.
